For those in the law
Therapy for lawyers
Law is a high-pressure profession with a well-documented cost, long hours, an adversarial culture, relentless billing pressure, and a professional norm of appearing unbothered no matter what you are carrying. Many lawyers are managing far more than they let on, and the profession does not make it easy to admit that.
You may be aware that professional assistance resources exist. A lot of lawyers still prefer to seek support privately, somewhere entirely separate from the profession, with no connection to the bar, colleagues, or their firm, because confidentiality and discretion matter, and because it is easier to be honest somewhere that has nothing to do with your professional standing.
That is what this is: a confidential, private space, fully outside your professional world, to work through the pressure, the depletion, or whatever you have been carrying. I work with high-performing professionals and understand the particular weight of a career where you are expected to have the answers.
If that fits, the first step is a free 15-minute call.
Fifteen minutes, private, no obligation.
