Jordan Wiener, Registered Psychotherapist providing virtual men's therapy in Ontario

You don't have to have everything figured out. Therapy can be a safe space to explore what feels heavy or confusing. Together, we can slow things down, bring curiosity to the parts of you that feel stuck, and move through those challenges that have been hard to navigate on your own.

About

Hi, I'm Jordan.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start. That's true for the men I work with, and it was true for me.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto, working with men across Ontario, online. Before training as a therapist, I spent years in a demanding, high-output world, so I understand what it's like to be the person who keeps everything running, and how easy it is to look after everything except yourself.

My work is warm and down-to-earth. I see myself as a guide rather than a guru. You are the expert of your own life. My job is to walk alongside you, hold up a mirror, and help you understand the why underneath the things that feel stuck or heavy: stress, anxiety, low mood, big transitions, relationships, and the quieter questions about purpose and identity that don't always have easy answers.

You can expect to feel supported and, when it helps, gently challenged. The goal isn't to fix you. It's to help you reconnect with your own strengths and move through life with a bit more clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

If any of that resonates, the first step is an easy one: a free 15-minute call to see if we're a fit. No pressure, no commitment.

Trust comes first

I believe therapy is built on trust. We are strangers at first, and opening up about the hardest parts of your life takes real courage. I would never expect you to be there before you feel a sense of safety and security between us. If we take our time and build that relationship with care, the work we do together emerges naturally. I show up calm, grounded, mindful, curious, and empathetic, and I believe nobody has all the answers, including me. I am a student of life too. It is about walking that path of learning together.

A few minutes to arrive

Most sessions begin with something small and completely optional: a short guided mindfulness practice, three or four minutes, just to arrive and settle before we start. It is a way to put down whatever you walked in carrying and actually land in the room. Most men choose it, but it is always your call. If it isn't for you, we simply start talking.
